We have a number of children in our community who will not be able to go back or stay at school because of lack of Scholastic materials needed in class. We intended to support a number of children go back to school this year in some of the community schools. We need support to provide them with books, pens, pencils, Uniforms, Shoes that they need. Your support will aid our bid to see needy community children back to school 2024.
Children from our local communities still face a challenge of inadequate support in their education struggle, getting the needed requirements for their academic continuation and excellency is a bit challenging. Without scholastic materials it is still hard for them to think of going back to school and participate fully as it will be required. There is therefore a need to support these children with scholastic materials and any other support for them to go back and stay in schools this year.
A number of our local children always get absent in schools due to lack of the needed tools to be used while studying. As an organisation we have tried to work with our partner schools to give placements of these needy children in their schools but this is not enough for the child, If they are given given the necessary scholastic materials, they will be able to stay comfortably in school and reduce on their absenteeism hence them enjoying the school and good academic performance.
We hope that when children are well facilitated in school, their academic performance will increase and the love for education will grow which will be a solution to the problem of illiteracy among our community because their enrollment in school will be high and it can be an encouragement.
