Chiguru-2015, a cultural extravaganza for the underprivileged children of Govt. schools was held on Dec 06, 2015. Over 2500 children and 400 volunteers participated in the fest. The event got off to an early start at 7:30 am and went on till 4:30 pm. It was a fun-filled day for the children from 98 Govt schools and learning centres across Bangalore. They participated in 22 competitions on that day. Over 400 prizes, both individual and group were won by the students. Over 400 volunteers from various corporates actively took part and ensured the event passes peacefully. All the participants (children and volunteers) were served with delicious breakfast in the morning and a mouth-watering lunch in the afternoon. Children left the venue in the evening to their homes with a snack packet in their hands with fun filled faces.
