Fund the training and certification of Pakistani women to serve on boards. There is a gender gap in Pakistan top to bottom and leading boards legally must have female representation but there is a dearth in qualified, certified women. Fund a woman to be trained today!
There is underrepresentation of Pakistan women on boards, despite there now being a legal requirement of at least one female on boards.
Funds raised will qualify/certify women to serve on these boards. We will select women, ensure they are admitted to training, they pass certification as well as do soft introductions to potential boards.
Gender representation and hopefully one day parity on boards, which will impact decisions made by these influential leading companies, many of which serve female clients.
