Single working Moms of Central Mexico, living in poverty, need to work. If they do not have a safe place for their children during the work day, they have few options, and sometimes are forced to leave their children home alone. The other option is to take them to work, which can affect employability.

Our children consistently score at or above average on standardized tests administered by the State of Guanajuato. Primary school teachers report that CILA children are more socially adjusted and better prepared to learn. 100% of our families are enabled to go to work and earn and income because of CILA services. Over 200 children per year are affected by this profound program and put on a path to a bright future.
