Atlas Corps continues our strive towards diversity and inclusion by creating meaningful opportunities for rising leaders worldwide. As our CEO, Bidjan Nashat, mentions in his Devex op-ed on remote work, “we … need to embrace the new reality of remote work to create opportunities regardless of location.” We are proud to share that Atlas Corps is doing just that through our Virtual Leadership Institute and Blended Fellowship programs.
Meet one of our newest Fellows, Giovana, a rising leader from Brazil who is committed to regenerative development, social responsibility, and climate action.
As a Generation Fellow, Giovana is able to work remotely with Generation as their Global Learner Engagement Programs Fellow, participate in our leadership development activities, and continue her advocacy work in Brazil. In Giovana’s words, her participation in the Fellowship will empower her with the leadership skills and experience to inspire her local communities towards positive actions:
“I am most excited about … [being] able to support and help others improve their lives with my work. The Fellowship offers the channel to work on projects that make the world a better place to live in.”
This is all possible thanks to your ongoing support for our global community. By investing in global leaders like Giovana, together we can continue to make a lasting difference in this world.
