Atlas Corps implements a multilateral exchange model that connects remarkable social change leaders with dynamics organizations in the U.S. for 12-18 month professional Fellowships. This diverse community of professionals are further empowered through leadership development training and networking within our global community of innovators. Our Fellows come from 94 countries, 60% are women, and 100% say that joining this diverse network is one of the key benefits of the Fellowship.
We celebrate diversity an inclusion for individuals and within organizations that crosses sectors and borders, defy the prevailing narrative of international giving and instead promotes and practices equal exchange among peers. Each year, on average, we engage 100 international leaders from 25 different countries who serve at 75 different organizations in the U.S. to create social impact. Atlas Corps Alumni go on to hold leadership positions in nonprofits, government, and social enterprise.
