15 years is so big - we are celebrating twice

Hello!

Greetings from our center of global leadership inspiration! Everyday, I am amazed at Atlas Corps Leaders. Our Fellows, Alumni, and Scholars are supporting one another while leading some great projects! From this inspiration, Atlas Corps continues to adapt, learn, and evolve.

We are also deeply appreciative of YOUR support during a critical time. Thanks to your generosity, Atlas Corps has continued to move forward, even while much of our world as been on pause. During 2021, we engaged 60 Fellows in our blended (virtual/in-person Fellowship) and 376 virtual Scholars. We also brought about 20 Fellows to the United States. Our community found support in one another!

Our virtual Scholar Raneem (Cohort 1, Egypt, Virtual Leadership Institute) shared this reflection, "Throughout this journey, I didn’t experience the sense of isolation that I felt through many of the other online learning programs...I found myself surrounded by like-minded people from every part in this world, I found in them inspiration, diversity, inclusion, confidence, and energy.I felt the sense of belonging which is fundamental to success and achievement."

Our Virtual Leadership Institute launched in November 2020 as a key evolution within our leadership programs. Your support provided this key Atlas Corps evolution to inspire global leaders like Raneem.

We invite you to celebrate these achievements as part of our 15h Anniversary. This milestone is sooooo big we are celebrating with TWO EVENTS on November 18 (virtual - with special remarks by UN Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth, Jayathma Wickramanayake) and November 20 (virtual and in-person - with speical remarks from Founder Scott Beale and 2021 Global Changemaker Honoree Nina Vaca, CEO of Pinnacle Group). We invite you to tune in as you are available. Details are at 15.atlascorps.org.

Thank you for believing in our community of global professionals! Thank you for supporting the ongoing Atlas Corps evolution. Thank you for inspiring social change, one global leader at a time.

Cheers- Abby

PS Also, I invite you to get to know our new CEO Bidjan Nashat in his first newsletter. We are thrilled to add his leadership talents to our community!
