This project supports women building the future of justice through AI and innovation with Justice Circles peer coaching & Catalyzing Justice Grants. Justice Circles support women nonprofit professionals and justice tech entrepreneurs with small group executive peer advisory coaching where they learn from peers and elevate their leadership. Catalyzing Justice Grants are unrestricted grants of $5,000 to $25,000 supporting women-led for profit and nonprofits justice tech ventures.
AI is opening a historic window to build more inclusive justice solutions and address barriers and challenges that prevent people from accessing legal solutions and justice. Targeted support for and in investment in women harnessing AI/tech to build critical solutions to unmet justice needs through nonprofits and start-ups is essential to seizing AI opportunity. Many women innovators lack clear pathways, professional support, networks, and access to finance.
The project supports: 1. Justice Circles- executive peer advisory coaching groups for women leaders of justice tech ventures and tech nonprofits, guided by credentialed executive coaches. Each cohort combines structured peer learning & individual leadership development. 2. Catalyzing Justice Small Grants ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 to close gaps in access to finance by supporting women led tech nonprofits and justice techs with resources to build their initiatives and ventures.
Communities will harness the full benefits of AI transformation to provide them access to legal solutions. More solutions with reflect the wisdom and needs of women and others with lived experiences. Women will capture economic and leadership opportunities in justice related AI transformation.
