Save the Date for AIDS Walk Portland 2018 *** SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 8th**. Again this year at Fields Park in downtown Portland, Oregon.
We want to see you and your family there as we kick off the largest HIV/AIDS-specific walk in Portland. Start recruiting your team members now and plan for a morning of fun.
AIDS Walk is a way for YOU to help raise money for CAP and Prism Health. You can pull together family and friends to form a 10 person team. Each one of you can set a fundraising goal - I like to set my goal at $500. THEN comes the fun part. Each team member challenges family and friends to donate. Some team members like to hold fundraiser bbqs or trivia nights.
You can raise money as an individuals too!
And the best part is CAP provides a website platform on which to collect money. It is super easy.
On the day of walk, everyone gathers for a family friendly morning of game and the walk itself. Last year we had a bouncy house AND elected officials. Does it get any better.
Start planning now and we hope to see you there!
