"A First Job Can Change Everything" - Bohdan, 22, from Tsupivka, a small village in the Kharkiv region
For many young Ukrainians, finding a first job is not just about earning an income. It is about feeling that they have a future.
Through uBoost Career, more than 1,600 young people have completed practical online training. They learned how to understand their strengths, create a professional resume, prepare for interviews, and take their first confident steps into the job market.
Twenty-eight participants have already found a job or internship.
One of them is Bohdan, 22, from Tsupivka, a small village in the Kharkiv region. After completing the program, he secured his first job. For Bohdan, this opportunity means much more than employment. It means experience, independence, confidence, and a real reason to believe in what comes next.
Bohdan is one of many young people who are ready to work and grow but need someone to open the first door.
Your support helps us reach more young Ukrainians, connect them with employers, and turn education into real career opportunities. By investing in uBoost Career, you are not only supporting a course. You are helping a young person build a life, strengthen their community, and create a future in Ukraine.
