Dear friends,
We are happy to inform you that during the last four months we have been able to organize and hold regular meetings with the group of young people we work with. Each of them attends workshops aimed at increasing skills for searching, finding and keeping a job. The workshops are conducted by specialists who aim to motivate students to seek their professional development and develop their soft skills.
So far we have held workshops where young people worked with psychological questionnaires to determine professional interests and strengths. We organized a discussion about the professions of the future and the need to develop digital skills. Young people also explored different ways to find work and build a public professional profile.
By participating in special role-playing simulations, students developed communication and presentation skills during an interview, analyzed their strengths and approaches to strengthen them. Through interactive games, they solved cases related to building decision-making skills and overcoming challenging situations.
Thank you friends for your support. Thanks to you, we will be able to organize and conduct useful seminars for students in the next four months.
