This year's camp for children with cancer in the age of 6-12 years had the theme 'Mission Impossible'. 36 children came to camping De Oldemeijer in the weekend of June 8-12, 2018: children with cancer, children after treatment and siblings.
'My brother Julian and I joined the camp for the second time. We could forget about the illness and the side effects of treatment and everybody could take part in the games and activities ans simpy play and enjoy.'
It was a weekend full of spies, 007, codes that needed to be cracked, evening searches and a lot of joy and laughter!
'Unfortunatly time was flying so fast....our parents were there again to pick us up while we were still playing spies.......but we are looking forward to next year!'
'Our son had an incredible camp....and of course wants to become a spy when he has grown up ;-) Thank you so much, VOKK, for this amazing weekend. It made him forget about the hospital, the treatment and everything. He simply could be a 7 year old boy, and not a cancer patient.'
