The 2018 Camp Fire was the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California's history. 153,336 acres burned, 754 structures damaged, 18,804 structures destroyed and 85 fatalities occurred over the two weeks. Five years later the community still continues to heal emotionally, financially, and spiritually. The challenge of not having transportation is a significant barrier. Bicycles are a form of FREEDOM and levels the recovery process for low income families in need of transportation.

Individuals who are without reliable means of transportation, are losing out on essential services. These include, but are not limited to: employment opportunities, education and healthcare access. Without the means to travel to and from these places, causes a significant decrease in health and isolation of individuals.
All donations to this fund will support Camp Fire Survivors immediate needs for transportation. By providing bicycles, we aim to furnish survivors with a practical solution to their transportation needs, enabling them to access essential services and support. Bicycles offer a sustainable and cost-effective mode of travel, empowering individuals to navigate their daily lives with greater independence and efficiency.
