Changing Tides Foundation is raising funds to support local groups and non-profit partners working with the Camp Fire and Woolsey Fire victims.
The #CampFire in Northern California, the deadliest fire in California's history, started early Nov. 8 and has burned more than 151,000 acres claiming the lives of 83 victims with hundreds of people still unaccounted for. That same day, the #WoolseyFire sprung up in Southern California and destroyed nearly 100,000 acres and took 3 lives. Both fires have left tens of thousands of people displaced.
Changing Tides Foundation will support relief efforts in Southern California by organizing volunteers from San Diego, Orange, Santa Barbara, Ventura and LA counties to help victims of the Woolsey Fire in collaboration with the expertise of Help California, as well as relief efforts in Northern California by donating funds to support the organizations helping the victims of the Camp Fire.
The project will help victims pick up the pieces and being the road to recovery with a strong sense of support and community.
