Buy four motorcycles for project officers

By Henry Okumu | Project Leader

Overcoming Rural Transportation Challenges
Rural transportation remains a significant obstacle to effective community development work. Many project areas are located far from urban centers and connected by rough roads that become difficult to navigate during rainy seasons.
Field officers frequently travel long distances to reach beneficiaries, often using unreliable public transportation or walking for several hours. These challenges reduce productivity and increase operational costs.
The purchase of four motorcycles will provide a sustainable solution to these transportation barriers. Officers will be able to travel more efficiently, reach remote communities, and respond quickly to emerging needs.
Improved mobility will increase program coverage and ensure that beneficiaries receive consistent support throughout the year. Communities that are currently difficult to access will benefit from more regular visits and stronger engagement.
Local leaders have emphasized the importance of reliable transportation in improving project implementation and community participation.
With your support, we are moving closer to ensuring that every community receives the attention and services it deserves.
