Enhancing Child Protection Services
Protecting vulnerable children requires consistent monitoring and community engagement. Our grassroots officers regularly visit families, schools, and community leaders to identify and address issues affecting children's well-being.
Transportation barriers have made it difficult to reach all children in need, particularly those living in isolated villages. Delays in travel can prevent timely intervention when urgent concerns arise.
Four motorcycles will significantly improve our child protection efforts by enabling officers to reach communities quickly and efficiently. Increased mobility will allow for more frequent follow-up visits and faster responses to child welfare concerns.
The motorcycles will also support collaboration with schools and local authorities, ensuring vulnerable children receive appropriate assistance and protection. Enhanced access will strengthen relationships with communities and improve trust in our programs.
By reducing travel challenges, field officers can dedicate more time to supporting children and families rather than spending hours on the road.
We are deeply grateful to donors helping us create safer environments for children through improved transportation and outreach.

Supporting Women’s Empowerment Programs
Women’s savings groups remain a cornerstone of our community development work. Across rural communities, women meet regularly to save money, access small loans, and support one another in building sustainable livelihoods.
Our field officers play a critical role in training, mentoring, and monitoring these groups. Unfortunately, transportation challenges often limit their ability to attend meetings consistently, particularly in remote locations.
The acquisition of four motorcycles will allow officers to visit women’s groups more frequently and provide ongoing support. Increased mobility will improve training opportunities, strengthen group management, and help women access the guidance they need to grow their savings activities.
Regular field visits also promote transparency and accountability within savings groups. Officers can help resolve challenges, encourage participation, and share best practices that contribute to long-term success.
Women participating in the program have expressed enthusiasm about the initiative, noting that more frequent engagement will help them strengthen their businesses and improve household incomes.
Thank you for supporting efforts that empower women and strengthen communities through improved field outreach.

Strengthening Monitoring and Evaluation Activities
Effective monitoring is essential for ensuring project success and accountability. During this reporting period, our field officers conducted visits to project sites, met with community groups, and collected important data used to evaluate project performance.
However, transportation limitations continue to hinder these efforts. Officers often spend many hours traveling to communities, reducing the time available for monitoring activities. Some areas can only be reached after long walks, making frequent visits difficult.
The proposed purchase of four motorcycles will greatly strengthen our monitoring and evaluation systems. Faster travel will allow officers to visit more project sites regularly, collect accurate data, and provide immediate feedback to beneficiaries and community leaders.
Improved monitoring will also help identify challenges quickly and ensure resources are being used effectively. This will lead to stronger project outcomes and greater accountability to donors and stakeholders.
Community members have welcomed the initiative and believe it will improve communication between project staff and beneficiaries. Enhanced field presence will also encourage greater participation in project activities.
We appreciate the generosity of our supporters who continue to invest in solutions that improve efficiency, accountability, and impact.
