Case Study : Vaishali Waidande, Wadgaon
When there is a Will there is a Way.
Most of the women have creative ideas and are always ready to accept new challenges but most of the time their creative ideas remains ideas only, and it is not executed. But, if given a chance it can be turned into miracle.
Vaidshali Waidande is from a small village called Wadgaon. Initially she was only home-maker and used to help her family in their farm work to earn their livelihood, but Mann taluka begin a drought region people have to think for other source of income to drive their family.
Vaishali is SSC passed she has creative mind and willingness to do hardwork but there was no one to guide and support her so that she could have implemented her ideas .
One fine day Mann Deshi Foundation Mobile Bus went their village and almost everyone in the village was surprised to see such kind of a bus. Villagers came nearby the bus and tried to understand what exactly the bus was going to give to the villagers, at that time Vaishali also garthered all the information and came to know about
the various courses that Mann Deshi Foundation was going to provide to the women of the village. She was impressed by the idea that the foundation was going to give trainning in their village itself so that a women can mange her family and fulfill her requirement also. She made up her mind and enrolled herself for Tailoring and Beauty Parlour course.
In society there are so many women who have skill and talent to do something on their own but due to family restriction their talent remains hidden and they cannot prove their capabilities. The only urgent need is to create a favorable atmosphere to increase self employment for women and over all developments of the society.
Vaishali completed her course successfully and immediately started Tailoring business. Slowly and gradually she started earn good from her business. She wants to educated her children and make them independent so that they can get good job and improve their standard of living.
From Fianancial Literacy program I got to know how to manage our expenses so that we can save and invest for our future.
I have also opened my saving account in Mann Deshi Bank.
Again thank for your support to B-School. Mann Deshi appreciates our donors support.
