Thank you for contributing to our Bulgarian as a second language project!
Your donations are going a long way to support students in learning Bulgarian as a second language. We are grateful for your contribution and want to share some exciting updates on this project with you.
The second edition of the learning materials is ready. Currently, we are sending 5000 books for students to education professionals in different parts of the country.
Teach For Bulgaria developed the resources to support all children who have a mother tongue different from Bulgarian. Among the students who will receive the learning materials, over 130 are refugee children who entered the classrooms in Bulgaria this September. Part of the books will be used by students learning in Bulgarian schools abroad. With your support, all these children will benefit from a specially designed methodology for multilingual students.
All the materials from the project - book and exercise notebook for students and handbook for teachers - remain available for free download on our website Prepodaveme.bg. We provide a free self-paced online course so teachers can learn how to practically use the resources in class.
