As we are close to wrapping up FY25-26, we are excited to share on how the Power of Play continues to transform children’s learning experiences across Maharashtra.
Over the past few months, our focus has continued to be on creating meaningful play experiences within classrooms while empowering the teachers who make this possible. Inside this report, you’ll find inspiring stories, key initiatives, and defining moments from our 21st year of advancing the Power of Play for children across Maharashtra, deepening our commitment to making play an integral part of every child’s learning and development journey.
A key highlight during this period was our Play Summit 2025 – “Finding Play” which brought together a diverse group of 300+ people - educators, children, researchers, policymakers and advocates to collectively reimagine the role of play in children’s lives. During this time, we also launched Playpedia, an open-source platform that makes play-based learning accessible, adaptable, and easy to use across contexts, enabling anyone engaging with children to bring the power of play into their spaces.
As we continue this journey, we remain committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive through the Power of Play.
