I am delighted to share a recent report from Toybank.
Toybank has been working on a strategy to give more and more children access to self-development through play using the simple platform of Whatapp to disseminate 122 curated play-based activities. Activity sheets are designed in-house by a skilled play-content developer and include age-appropriate content aligning with their academic curriculum and developmental goals.
Through the kit, the children improve their:
Cognitive skills: Numeracy and language skills are built through ‘Triangle Square’, ‘Preposition Countdown’, and ‘2’s all around’ Play2Learn sheets.
Socio-emotional skills: Through playsheets ‘All about me!’, ‘Touch and Feel’, and ‘My Favourite.’
Critical thinking skills: Through ‘Make A Story Puzzle’, ‘Crack the code,’ and ‘Tourist Guide.’
These activities aid in the development of life skills, laying excellent foundations for their futures. As always we are grateful for your support and hope you enjoy this report as much as we have.
