Even though this project did not raise funds directly on GlobalGiving, your support through the GlobalGiving Emergency Relief Fund, Rebuild Ukraine Netherlands, and HelpingUkraine.US made a real impact for the children and families who rely on the HighHub Youth Center in Vysokyi.
What We Achieved
Over the past weeks, we completed major steps toward giving the center a stable, safe, and uninterrupted power supply:
These upgrades mean the center will no longer shut down during blackouts, allowing children to learn, play, and stay warm even during outages.
Why This Matters
HighHub serves hundreds of children and young people every month. With constant power cuts in the Kharkiv region, the center often had to close its doors. The new solarbattery system gives the community:

What’s Next
Once the solar panels are fully installed, we will run system tests and finalize the setup. We will share photos and a final update as soon as everything is switched on.
