ORG looks to hold capacity-building training on Organizational Development, Leadership, Communications, and Fundraising for NFPs and Faith-Based organizations in The Bahamas. ORG will bring critical knowledge and resources to unleash the potential for social good in the participating groups.
Many Not-for-profits and Faith-Based Organizations in The Bahamas need to build their capacity to fulfill their missions with training, resources, and support in Organizational Development, Leadership, Communications, and Fundraising.
ORG aims to provide virtual and in-person training courses delivered by topical experts, to train "Mission Driven" grassroots organizations to maximize their operational potential. This training course will extend over one month with weekly virtual sessions and in-person classes (as permitted). Civil Society capacity-building training sessions will include topics such as Organizational leadership, Management, Communications, Fundraising, Project Management, Financial reporting, and management.
Not for Profit and Faith-Based Organizations in The Bahamas will be provided training/education to grow their potential impact. Our civil Society capacity building will support national development, increase the sector's impact, build capacity for self-direction, and foster equity and inclusion.
