Thanks to your generous support, Development Alert was able to provide educational assistance to children from vulnerable families in rural Uganda. For many households, poverty makes it difficult to meet school fees, uniform costs, examination requirements, and the expense of basic learning materials.

Through our education support, children have received assistance that helps them remain in school and participate more fully in learning. Support may include school fees, scholastic materials, uniforms, school supplies, and other essential educational needs.

The difference this makes is significant. Children who previously worried about being sent home because of unpaid fees or missing materials can attend classes with greater confidence. They can focus on their lessons, complete assignments, and participate in school activities without feeling excluded.

Parents also experience relief because educational expenses can place considerable pressure on households already struggling to provide food and healthcare.
