Dear Donor,
Thanks to your generous support, Development Alert has continued working with communities and schools to restore the environment through tree planting and environmental awareness.
To date, Development Alert has supported the planting of more than 14,000 trees, contributing to our broader commitment to environmental conservation and climate resilience.
Trees play a vital role in protecting soil, supporting biodiversity, improving local environments, providing shade, and contributing to healthier ecosystems. Fruit trees can additionally provide nutritious food and potential future income for families.
Our approach goes beyond simply distributing seedlings. Communities and young people are encouraged to understand the importance of caring for trees after planting and protecting their natural environment.
School children have also participated in environmental activities, helping develop a generation that understands the importance of conservation.
Your generosity is creating an impact that will continue for many years. A tree planted today can provide environmental and economic benefits long after the person who planted it has moved on.
Thank you for helping Development Alert build greener and more resilient communities.
Together, we are planting trees, restoring hope, and investing in the environmental future of Uganda.
