For families, a nearby water source can make an important difference in everyday life. This newly installed hand pump will serve approximately 210 people, helping them access water for drinking, cooking, washing, and other household needs.

The installation marks a practical step towards improving water access in the village. Through community-focused projects like this, Alkhidmat Foundation continues its efforts to address essential needs and support underserved families with dignity and care.

Expected Impact

• One Community Hand Pump successfully installed.
• 30 families—approximately 210 people—expected to benefit.
• Improved community access to water for everyday household needs.
• A shared water facility serving residents of Village Chak No. 221.

Looking Ahead

Following installation, attention will focus on the hand pump’s continued functionality and upkeep. Future updates can share information on its use, community feedback, and any maintenance needs.
