Story / Update
Access to safe drinking water remains a major challenge for many rural communities in Pakistan. To address this need, Alkhidmat Foundation has successfully installed a Submersible Water Pump at Pakka Dera Primary High School in District Sheikhupura, ensuring a dependable supply of clean water for students, teachers, and the surrounding community.
The project will directly benefit over 640 people, reducing the risk of waterborne diseases, improving hygiene, and eliminating the burden of traveling long distances to collect water. The installation also creates a healthier learning environment for schoolchildren while providing a sustainable source of clean water for nearby families.
