Families in South Kivu and North Kivu, DR Congo, still live without electricity. This solar energy project will build community solar microgrids in Kalehe, Kabare, and Beni to provide clean electricity to over 5,000 people, health centers, schools, and small businesses. Solar power will reduce deforestation, improve emergency healthcare, create jobs, and help women and children live safer, healthier lives.
