Education is not yet in Governments agendas' priorities and center. Out of 100 kids that start public education at 6 years old, only 65 will graduate at high school (59 within 19 years old). Out of these 65, only 5 will have adequate math learning and 18 will have adequate Portuguese learning. Brazil rates 66 out of 71 countries in PISA's International Ranking. Education do not have the attention it should in the political cost benefit relationship, and TPE have an important role to change it.
We will use the reputation and the proved experience in order to influence public policies to bring Education to the center of Government's agendas, by leveraging the power of the coalition that has been formed. Via Communications' Campaigns, the creation of an Action Plan to suggest the implementation of important and already discussed (among experts) education policies, and political incidence on government departments, comprising elected and to be elected candidates (new election due in 2018)
By having quality education for every children and youths (elementary, middle, and high school) we will created virtuous circles of prosperity for society in a few generations. The positive impact will be seeing in the economy, in the efficiency of cities, in reducing crimes and violence, in increasing environmental awareness and gender equality. Nevertheless, the real beneficiaries will be each of the Brazilian kids that will have access to better quality education opportunities and learning.
