"It will not be possible to overcome today's obstacles in the path of reconciliation, nor to plan a peaceful future, if one does not have the courage to purify one's reading of history from the enormous baggage of pain and injustices that still heavily condition the present and the choices that often today they are fulfilled. It is not about forgetting, of course. However, it will be very difficult to build a peaceful future if one places 'being a victim' at the basis of one's personal, social and national identity, rather than basing one's perspectives on a common hope. It's with this spirit that we've increased our support in Gaza toghether with the small Christian Community that tries to put this into life everyday. With this same spirit we keep up our education projects in other parts of the Holy Land where children and young boys and girls are thought about dialogue and reconciliation.
Supporting this campaigns means not only supporting an immediate intervention in crisis but also taking part to this great mission of peace.
