Project Report | Feb 9, 2012
Introducing - LifeSupport Family Enrichment

By Dave Schaeffer | Vice President, Development

Angie is 3 years old and recovering from brain surgery to correct life-threatening seizures. During therapy, she fell in love with the adapted tricycle used for strength building and improved coordination. In fact, she loved it so much that her family reached out to CCA’s LifeSupport Family Enrichment staff to help provide one at home. Of course we jumped at the opportunity and offered Angie her very own adapted tricycle to continue her therapy, and fun, at home!

Angie’s mom, Kara, shared that “having the tricycle allows Angie to have a typical childhood experience and she loves it! Thank you so much for making a difference in her life.”
