[EN] - Updating our supporting materials
We know that gaining autonomy in the use of digital tools is a very relevant factor when looking for a job, and that almost any job requires a basic handling of devices such as a computer or a smartphone, and applications and platforms such as Gmail, Google, Linkedin, etc.
We also know that the world of work and the world of technology are very dynamic and what seemed important to learn yesterday, may not be so important today. That is why in each cycle of our digital skills workshop we review the contents to be addressed and update the materials used, so that they are best suited to the needs and possibilities of each group of participants.
This way, as mentioned a few months ago, we put a lot of energy into the Workshop Participants' Booklet, where we capture everything we have learned with concrete examples and step-by-step guides that our users can use as a guide or review material once we have completed our training.
Our goal for the next semester is to create a more specific material that addresses with more detail some aspects for the online job search, such as: recommendations for the preparation of a CV, tips for the use of online platforms such as Linkedin and tools for the search of salary references.

[ES] - Actualizamos el material de apoyo para nuestro taller de alfabetización digital
Sabemos que ganar autonomía en el uso herramientas digitales es un factor muy relevante a la hora de buscar trabajo, y que casi cualquier empleo requiere de un manejo básico de dispositivos como una computadora o un teléfono inteligente, y de aplicaciones y plataformas como Gmail, Google, Linkedin, etc.
También sabemos que el mundo del trabajo y el mundo de la tecnología son ámbitos muy dinámicos y lo que parecía importante aprender ayer, tal vez no lo sea tanto hoy. Es por eso que en cada ciclo de nuestro taller de alfabetización digital revisamos los contenidos a abordar y actualizamos los materiales utilizados, de forma tal que se ajusten lo mejor posible a las necesidades y posibilidades de cada grupo de participantes.
De este modo, como les contamos hace algunos meses, ponemos mucha energía en el Cuadernillo para Participantes del Taller, donde plasmamos todo lo aprendido con ejemplos concretos y guías paso a paso para que nuestros usuarios puedan utilizar como guía o material de repaso una vez terminado nuestro acompañamiento.
Nuestro objetivo en el próximo semestre es crear un material más específico que aborde con mayor profundidad algunos aspectos para la búsqueda laboral online, como: consejos para la confección de un CV, tips para el uso de plataformas como Linkedin y herramientas para la búsqueda de referencias salariales.
Con la ayuda de sus donaciones estamos creando materiales pedagógicos imprescindibles para nuestra tarea!
