School safety isn’t just about preventing harm—it’s about equipping youth for the challenges of life. Bullying, GBV, and trauma can derail futures, but resilience, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence can set students on a path to success.
Our project integrates life skills development into every aspect of school life. Students learn to manage stress, resolve disputes peacefully, and build supportive friendships. Teachers reinforce these lessons, creating classrooms where empathy and respect are as valued as academic achievement.
Peer-support clubs provide ongoing practice and reinforcement, preparing students not just for graduation, but for the complexities of adult life.
Your support ensures Makurdi’s youth are equipped for whatever lies ahead—confident, resilient, and ready to lead positive change in their communities.
