Real change is measured not just by numbers but by lasting transformation. Our project is designed for sustainability: training 100 teachers and counsellors, establishing 20 peer-support clubs, and embedding safeguarding protocols in school policies.
Each year, we will track improvements in reporting rates, reductions in bullying and GBV incidents, and gains in student mental health and academic performance. By engaging local government, school boards, and parents, we ensure these changes endure beyond the project’s duration.
