Our STEAMbotics Academy and FIRST Robotics teams have been busy! We are proud to report we recently participated in STEM Day at the Missouri State Capitol. Members spent the day meeting with lawmakers, displaying and showcasing the program as well as two robotics, and sharing the impact of the program. We also received a grant from Bayer for additional program support and are very grateful for the continued committment to STEM.
One of our Junior Staff members, who is the team captain of one of FIRST teams, was recently recognized by the St. Charles County Economic Development Center at their STEM Breakfast.
In addition, our teams are participating the annual FIRST Robotics Competition over the next three days which is held at St. Louis University. Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County covers all these competition costs thanks to support from our donors and community partners. Thank you for enlarge their world in a meaningful way!
