GOD’S CHILDREN AND HOUSE OF GOD
Blossom Trust maintains the recommended daily allowance of essential vitamins and minerals for the children. This is vital for them to improve their immune system. The specific levels of nutrients needed for each child depends on the age and sex of the child. A doctor and dietician is consulted about the appropriate food and amount needed to feed the children to provide a nourishing balanced diet.
Blossom celebrated the Christmas festival on 25-12-2013 with the help of volunteers. Some of our children dressed up and acted as Santa Clause, giving cake and gifts to the other children.
Blossom celebrated Pongal festival on 14-01-2014 in the Dayspring Home with the children, the children said that they enjoyed this very much.
Not only are we giving good food to the children but also maintaining good education and good physical fitness. Our children are being educated by volunteers and our staff members who are helping them to increase their knowledge and encouraging positive behaviors.
Most of our staff members donate money which is used to buy note-books, pencils, pens, food products etc. Finally we are trying to reintegrate the children back into their families with a good reputation.
By influencing these children to access good resources such as education and nutrition, we hope to raise individuals whose futures hold good prospects and choice.
