We are thrilled to welcome seven motivated university students into our annual paid internship program here at CFI. This journey is all about giving them the hands-on experience they need to succeed through work across two different departments and experience in a professional environment.
To kick things off, our interns recently met with our HR officer to start planning our upcoming Khmer New Year celebration. This project is a fantastic way for them to practice essential project management skills like team communication, budget management, and creative problem-solving in a real-world setting.
With all of your generous support, and support from some of our donors, we have the funding secured to support this year's seven interns. We will continue to look for donor funding for 2027's interns, and hopefully it will allow us to reach more interns and create more learning opportunities for them!
