This project will provide full scholarships to three extremely talented students from economically and socially underprivileged background to study at Bloom Nepal School from grade four to grade ten. The fund will support education and residential expenses for students and is offered to children who would not be able to access education otherwise. The project is part of scholarship fund set up by Bloom Nepal Foundation.
Every year, Bloom Nepal school receives application from about 200 extremely talented children, who cannot be taken in due to lack of funds. The existing capacity of foundation can only support five students each year. There is a need to increase capacity to cater to education and funding needs of more children, who can truly get second life if given opportunity.
Project will provide scholarships to three most deserving children to study from class 4 to 10 at Bloom Nepal School. Structured guidance will be given for these kids to pursue opportunities beyond class 10, and for them to be able to come back to Nepal and set up enterprises after graduation. This will be done by Bloom Nepal Foundation.
Scholarships will ensure : 1) Access to high quality education for talented children from economic and social difficulties. 2) Transformation in economic level of the family first, and society and the country second. 3) Full scale realization of the potentials of these highly talented children, who can be developed as leaders for introducing enterprises and job creation in the field of their interest. 4) Provision of passion based learning , through Bloom Nepal School.
