During the Pre-Christmas season, after the exhibition that the Foundation had put up in November, not much responses came in, but nearing Christmas, donations started pouring in as our local network sent out urgent messages for the need as the temperature around the country decreased .
Together with the donations collected via the Global Giving connection, a total of 140 Blankets were collected, bought, sorted, packed, and sent to those in the North and North-Eastern Thailand, namely in Chiangdao, Samerng, RoiEt and Sisaket.
The Foundation would like to take this opportunity to thank all who have donated generously towards this project, thus enabling 140 underprivileged persons including the children and the elderly keep warm with the Blankets of Love!
Any suggestions and feedbacks are most welcomed, as we continue this project for the year 2011.
