This pilot project addresses the need for education in Cote D'Ivoire’s rural areas. Without basic education & a literate population, it is extremely difficult to address issues of health, poverty & hunger that plague these communities. As a result of this project, 450 children will have a healthy & safe learning environment & a reduced class size from 80 to 50. The improved & expanded facility will also allow for continuing adult education and improve skills & better employment opportunities.
