BizzyBox Lending Project

Thanks to your support our exciting BizzyBox Lending Project continues to go from strength to strength!

We now have 115 carers registered on the lending library, and to date we have had 174 product loans, with carers able to borrow for free a fantastic range of activity products that they can enjoy from the comfort of their own home together with their loved one!

We have continued with the busy programme of coffee morning ‘Try-out’ events, with up to 6 events a month! So far, we have had over 300 carer attendances at all the coffee mornings.

We have a jam-packed upcoming programme of meet-ups, and a summer party in Earl's Court planned for July!

The project has helped us develop a partnership with The Museum of Brands. Their Living Brands project encourages reminiscing through creative activities and narrative, which many of our lending library products also do. In February we had a group of 30 carers visit The Museum of Brands for free to enjoy a nostalgic journey through 200 years of consumer culture!

The BizzyBox Lending Project has enabled us to make this connection with the Museum of Brands, and we will continue to partner together with them offering more opportunities for our carers to visit the museum together and join in their activities over the summer! 

Your continued generosity has helped us to expand  this project so that even more carers can take advantage of the products and enjoy them with their loved ones at home – while also being able to meet, socialise and have fun with fellow carers at the project coffee mornings and events.
