Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the 170 Bicycles for Female Teachers in Rural Nigeria project. Your contribution shows care for teachers working under difficult conditions. However, the donations received so far are not enough to begin the planned distribution, and more support is needed.
Across many rural communities, female teachers travel long distances on foot to reach their schools. These journeys can take hours each day and often involve unsafe routes and harsh weather conditions.
This strain leads to fatigue, late arrival, and in some cases, teachers leaving their roles. As a result, children lose consistent access to education.
This project is designed to provide 170 bicycles to female teachers, along with basic repair kits and safety gear. With improved transport, teachers can reach school on time, reduce stress, and focus more on teaching.
With the right support, teachers can remain in their roles, and students can benefit from stable learning environments.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin this project and reach schools in need.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
