Este proyecto impulsa y brinda talleres para aprender un oficio de costura y bordado, mientras se llevan a la par temas de conocer y reconocer sus derechos en comunidades Indigenas y Afromexicanas en el municipio de Santiago Pinotepa Nacional en la costa de Oaxaca, Mexico. / This project promotes and provides workshops to learn a craft of sewing and embroidery, while taking issues of knowing and recognizing their rights in Indigenous and Afro-Mexican communities in the municipality of Santiago
According to the statistics of INEGI 2020, it shows that the socio-political gaps are currently still under the shadows women, who are a fundamental part of this society and not giving the opportunity to generate their own income, which in turn means independence, is it prevents your personal growth.
The opportunity is given to women who have certainly increased their awareness of their rights with the workshops and who, coupled with this, are offered to learn a trade that will mainly offer the opportunity for financial freedom.
They will be educated so that their knowledge transcends and can make and present a Plan for Advocacy on Public Policy, and even more, a public policy proposal on environmental sanitation, as a proposal to modify garbage management.
