Our goal is to provide comprehensive support to female partners of military personnel and their children in the Beloved space. While Ukrainian men serve in the Armed Forces, women care for children, work, and live under constant stress. With your support, at least 800 women-and-child pairs will receive psychological assistance, safe children's activities, and opportunities for quality time together over one year. Beloved is an educational community for military families.
The full-scale war in Ukraine has drastically changed the lives of military families. While men serve on active duty, women take full responsibility for childcare, household management, and family income, often without support. They must work while being the sole caregiver under constant stress and uncertainty. This leads to anxiety for loved ones' safety, emotional exhaustion, difficulty balancing work and childcare, strained mother-child relationships, and stress-related behavioral reactions.
Beloved supports women partners of military service members as mothers, partners, and working women, while creating a safe environment for their children. Donor support will enable the program to operate for one year and deliver dedicated support days for working mothers, joint mother-child activities to restore emotional connection, and developmental and therapeutic sessions for children. In total, over 200 sessions and activities are planned.
Our approach helps women from military families reduce stress, build resilience, and balance childcare with work during prolonged war. Children gain access to a stable, supportive environment that acknowledges their emotions and reduces the risk of long-term trauma. Through consistent support, we help military families remain strong, connected, and resilient, ensuring children grow up with care, trust, and stability despite the war.
