Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) is a non-governmental organization founded in 1967, whose primary purpose is to support education in Turkey. The Foundation mainly focuses on giving scholarships to successful but lack financial means. It mainly works based on scholarship funds. Through this system, the Foundation can separate different funds from different donors so that these scholarship funds can target different groups of students.
Be the Hope for Youth After the Disaster Scholarship Fund, one of the pool funds of TEV, was established to support students affected by the disasters in Turkey. The funds raised in line with this purpose have been allocated to these scholarship funds. Through these funds raised, students affected by the disasters will be provided support till the end of their education life.
The times when disasters occur are tough. It negatively affects societies on several counts. Education is one of them. It is vital to help people to recover their life in terms of health, education, etc. The Foundation will strive to support young people affected by disasters to keep them in school. Thanks to your donations this scholarship fund is still active and it continues to support young people.
