Canteens Project
Over the last two months we have seen record numbers at our canteens as guests continue to attend regularly and new members join us. Our canteen leaders and volunteers have been cooking up a storm providing fresh, home cooked, nutritious and delicious, meals for the community. We also have started a new relationship ith Fareshare and gained a new delivery on a Thursday from Don’s Action Group to help fill the gap and increase our food donations to the canteens.

We've also added a new bus stop at Tooting Leisure Centre every Tuesday from 11am-3pm, offering healthy, low-cost food to the local community.
The summer season at Be Enriched has been a period of remarkable activity and community engagement and it's not over yet! Our canteens have thrived with a record number of attendees, and new collaborations with Fareshare and Don’s Action Group have bolstered our food supplies, enabling us to serve even more nutritious meals.
Our Food Bus and Float initiatives have also made significant strides, delivering affordable, healthy food to communities and providing enriching activities for children during school holidays. As the summer holidays apparoch we'll be providing additional provisions and diving head first into our new stop at Tooting Leisure Centre.
We are grateful for the support and dedication of our volunteers, partners, and community members and those who donate to us. As we look ahead, we are excited to continue our mission of enriching communities through food. Stay tuned for our next update, where we will share news about our new bus stop at Tooting Leisure Centre, summer kids club programs, and more exciting developments. Together, we are making a positive impact and fostering a stronger, more connected community.
