By Jonathan Kaitell | Project Leader
The report is intended to give an update of progress so far in relation to the Basori project Gambia.
We happy to let you know that the team on the ground is doing an excellent work as we passed the number of children catered for. This shows the desire of children to come off the street and their readiness for school. Families have been very supportive and embrace our presence. All this is because of your support and concern for these children.
We still concern about our next challenge in sending Blessing N Ebube to tertiary education once she completes her exam. She is promising and determine to wipe away her past but this will prove impossible without your support. Her photo was included in our last report.
I have included a PowerPoint of the new children unlisted to our program due to your support.
We are very far from reaching our target in terms of funding which is our great concern especially at this time when the community we are serving is gaining confidence and trust in the services we rendering to them. Please As a special appeal please continue to support us and help us reach other people and organization that will help us give these children new life and new beginning.
As we continue our mission on the field we want to thank you all (donors’ potential donor and supporters and GlobalGiving) for helping us reaching out to these children. We are grateful and happy your donations is giving hope to these children and building a healthy community.
Your continue support is requested for us to be able to meet our target as we continue to engage in making difference
Thank you for supporting SCEO and we look forward for your continued support.
Best Regards
Jonathan Kaitell
