Empowering Young Athletes, One Game at a Time
This year, Timeout4Africa Foundation is sponsored a holiday basketball tournament for our Under-14 players, bringing together more than 120 school children for days filled with talent, teamwork, and a love for the game.
What is making the tournament even more meaningful? The winning players will received cash prizes to help with their back-to-school needs—from books and uniforms to other essential school supplies.
For many of these young athletes, basketball is more than a sport. It’s a pathway to confidence, discipline, teamwork, and lifelong friendships.
At Timeout4Africa, we believe that sports and education go hand in hand. Through programs like this, we’re creating opportunities that empower young people to thrive—not only in the classroom and on the court, but in life.
You can help us keep creating these opportunities. Please consider supporting Timeout4Africa with a monthly donation, and share our work with your friends, family, and community.
Every contribution and every share helps us reach more people and build a brighter future.
