While reaching out to the people affected by floods, the team of hope foundation came across construction site in Perumbakkam where the workers were stranded at the site for almost 3 days. Water had completely engulfed the building leaving them in lurch. No electricity, no food... people were almost in tears.. HOPE reached out to them and distributed buns, biscuits and water bottles as an immediate measure...
People are still in fear with not understanding how to rebuild themselves... Houses close to the bank of Adyar river have got completely washed out. Nothing is left with them. Neither clothes nor house,,, Nights are chiill and on and off showers of rain is making life more difficult. Stand up to rebuild their lives... Your support will bring great relief in their lives.
