After Hurricane Matthew struck the country of the Bahamas this past October, we sprung into action attempting to help in any way that we could. We successfully sent over a 40 foot shipping container full of relief supplies to the island of Nassau and then a second container to Grand Bahama to aid those in need. In addition, we supported relief projects for specific families including repairing roofs and helping to replace interior furnishings that were ruined by this terrible storm.
Currently, we are planning an additional relief effort to take place this summer on the island of Grand Bahama to restore and repair a local orphanage and a few other homes of local families with the help of over 100 high school students.
