Fellow Support update for our Superheroes

By Abby Robinson | Chief Development & Engagement Officer

Hello-

I am writing with a quick message on behalf of the Atlas Corps community to acknowledge your contributions to our Fellow Support campaign. Our donors and supporters are integral to the success of the Atlas Corps superhero network- and in true hero form, you have shown up for Atlas Corps when we need you most

Thank YOU for supporting our community of 775+ Fellows with your donations, gifts, volunteering and more!

With your partnership, we’ve been able to celebrate success on several fronts. First, we were able to provide financial support to Fellows who were grounded in the U.S. We’ve been able to provide for the health and safety of our Fellows- including care packages when Fellows were quarantining! We’ve also successfully launched a “Blended Class” of Fellows, where Fellows will serve remotely and then come in person for 6-18 months when it is safe to be in the U.S. Third, we’ve pivoted our work to launch the Virtual Leadership Institute-  an online learning community for global social change leaders based on the established Atlas Corps Global Leadership Lab.

This year has presented many challenges- and while we continue to deal with the uncertainty of this era, your support empowers us to innovate towards new opportunities and move boldly forward to advance a world of well-networked, trained global social change leaders.

Atlas Corps Fellow Karam (Class 36, Host: Microsoft) expresses our sentiment best-

"Changes usually start with one person; Atlas Corps gives young leaders the tools to start their journey to change their small world and go from there to change the world at large. Your support is essential to helping these young leaders on their journey."

Thank you for not just believing in superheroes- thank you for becoming a superhero! Thank you for inspiring change and supporting Atlas Corps!

Cheers,

Abby

P.S. I invite you to learn about the Atlas Corps Fellows highlighted as part of the #BecomeASuperhero Campaign- you can read more at our blog.

P.P.S. Thanks to your continued support, Atlas Corps just launched our next recruitment cycle! Learn more and invite social change leaders in your network to apply at apply.atlascorps.org.
